Outside Sales Pool & Deck Equipment Travel Required
Spectrum Products is looking for 3 regional sales people for 3 territories: the Upper Midwest, the Northeast U.S., and the Southeast U.S. Spectrum manufactures an array of affordable, state-of-the art products used in the construction, operation and maintenance of commercial swimming pools and spas. The ideal candidate would have a background pool equipment sales and a proven success in establishing customer relationships and coordinating with new and existing distribution channels to close sales.
You will identify opportunities and establish a plan of action to capture new business with large distributors, pool management companies and second tier distributors. Also pursue, establish and forge relationships with key commercial builders and commercial distributors in the region. You will educate Park and Rec decision makers, consulting firms, designers and end users on new and existing products in order to get our products approved in their Master Spec Manual and to capitalize on opportunities in the replacement market as well as new construction.
You will work closely on a daily basis with the inside sales team to maximize sales opportunities, and will document progress, sales calls and customer follow-ups on a consistent basis, and attend and participate in the companys annual tradeshows as needed.
Considerable travel is involved with this position. This is a generous draw against commission in an established region, with benefits and paid vacation.
